Yes it is that rig originally was the first HAZMAT truck for FDNY prior to going to the collapse rig. The old rescue 2 originally looked similar prior to a refurb with a Mack cab which is now I think collapse 5.

2 other rigs similar which I don't know there fate are the Mobile medical rigs they were on the American La France chassis like these.
