Today in Supreme Court in White Plains Judge Cathy Seibel declined the request of the City of Mt. Vernon to dismiss the case and ordered it into the discovery stage. This is a big step and subpoenas will be out in the near future for depositions for those involved. Again thanks for the support! jjc
