Oregon woman accused of setting tow truck on fire

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- A Portland woman who allegedly set a tow truck on fire as the driver was preparing to take her car faces arson and criminal mischief charges. A twenty-year-old woman was arraigned last week.

Many of them are the salt of the earth, I've seen them on quite a few wrecks, I think they could make those tow trucks talk if they had to! Others, however, are downright crooks - semi-legalised muggers. Ask any Mamaroneck resident about Tung Hoy:
