Description Of Incident: 2 cars street racing crashed and took down 2 poles, 4 occupants fled scene. PD req FD for thermal imaging camera and bridgeport PD for K-9, 3 suspects located in woods and in custody, 4th found by K-9. PD request EMS for a person with a "dog bite". scene under control @ 3:03am
