Ossining- MVA with multiple injuries

Units Operating: OVAC- 74A1 and 36M1, Briarcliff FD 53B1, Croton EMS 55B1 and 55B2, Cortlandt VAC 8811, 88B1 (standby CEMS HQ for Croton/Ossining, Mt.Pleasant 37M1, Peekskill 39M2

Description Of Incident:MVA with multiple injuries

OVAC and OPD operating at Spring St. and Williams St. for MVA with mulitple victims struck by vehicle request M/A from Briarcliff FD and Croton EMS. Possible hit and run, several people down in roadway. OPD with multiple units on scene request assistance from surrounding agencies. CPD Car #34 onscene and Car #30 stationed at Croton/Ossining border on standby for possible back up, Town of Ossining PD onscene as well. During operations several disputes/altercations broke out making the scene even more difficult. On scene EMS taking care of patients, OVAC command handed over to CEMS 5512, request additional medic for several severe pts. 74A1 and Briarcliff 53B1 txp. patients to WMC. 5512 reports 2 patients being packaged, request another additional medic. 37M1 and 39M2 responding, 55B2 advises enroute to WMC request intercept with 37M1, intercept made at Revolutionary RD and Rte9. pt txp ALS to WMC. 55B1 txp to WMC BLS, Peekskill Medic too far away, diverted to Phelps Hospital with 1 patient. 5512 request CCVAC to standby in Croton HQ for Croton/Ossining for the duration of incident. 5512 advises at this time all patients accounted for and being txp. to medical facilities, all EMS clear of scene.

After all patients txp. 74A1 now at OPD HQ with 1- patient associated with melee, and request CEMS 55B1 to respond as well. On scene 74A1 txp 1 patient to PMH, 55B1 txp one patient to Phelps as well. All units back in service in their districts by 630hrs. Investigations still underway, and patient conditions unknown at this time.
