Firemans Hall Museum

As part of my last week at home before I leave for college in Vermont, my parents and I took a weekend getaway to The City of Brotherly Love or Philadelphia, PA.

On my last day there (today) we stumbled upon the Fireman's Hall Museum, somewhat close to the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and the National Constitution Museum.

Here are a few of the trucks that were on display inside:

In order they are a 1903 Philadelphia Water Cannon, 1926 American LaFrance and a 1907 Metropolitan Steamer.

Finally we have a 1730 Hand Pump from London England. This is one of two that served Philadelphia and then sold to Germantown, PA and a obilesk marking when this fire house was build.

That is a great museum.

Here's my favorite shot I took my last visit there, it's a stained glass window!
