1510hrs- FD CMD reports (2) workers on a scaffold, (4) floors from the roof. Scaffold is secure. Compnies on the way up to check on condition.

1519hrs- CMD rpts. mechanical failure of the scaffold's motor. Compnies will be setting up high angle ropes to remove workers to the roof.

1529hrs- CMD reports co's setting up rope system and securing scaffold in place. Building maintinence contacting rigging company to respond to remove scaffold.

1540hrs- Workers are approx. 15 feet from roof. Co's will pull workers up to roof on secure lines. No members will be lowered down.

1610hrs- Workers have been removed and are uninjured.
