Roselle mayor makes push to use Linden's fire department

Roselle Mayor Garrett Smith is convinced his borough can save thousands of dollars a year by handing over its firefighting duties to neighboring Linden.

Smith introduced a resolution at tonight's council meeting that seeks a state grant to study the idea of sharing fire services with Linden.
