It is with a heavy heart that we announce that American Medical Response San Diego Paramedic Kevin Reichert passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday night. Kevin started at AMR as an EMT, then became a Paramedic within the organization.

A memorial service for Mr. Reichert has been scheduled on Sunday August 3rd.

God Bless you Kevin and may you Rest In Peace. May God watch over your family, friends and fellow employees at AMR San Diego.

Kevin Thomas Reichert

REICHERT, KEVIN THOMAS April 26, 1982 to July 28, 2008 Kevin Reichert, who was so full of life, passed away at 26. Kevin was born and raised here in Bonita. He grew up playing soccer with AYSO and shared this love with his mother. He was active with the Bonita Vista High School Band. His highlight was performing at the opening ceremonies for the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia. He attended Southwestern College for Emergency Medical Technician, then California EMS Academy for Paramedics. Serving as a medic with AMR since January 2007, he was accredited with a life save.
