Description Of Incident: Fire 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of a 6-story OMD.

1630hrs- B-52 transmitting 2nd Alarm for fire on 2nd floor with extension to the floors above. Co's working multiple vicitms from a possible explosion on the 2nd floor.

1648hrs- Div. 14 rpts (5) 10-45 No Codes.
