Posting of stories UNRELATED Personal Problems

There recently has been a site policy enacted to ban the posting of news articles or other information relating to people affiliated with emergency services who get into trouble unrelated to their career or volunteer role.

We feel threads such as the ones described above aren't appropriate for the forum and really have nothing to do with Emergency Services. Often, these threads just turn into a bash-fest, and are counterproductive.

This community aims to build camaraderie and relationships, to promote inter-agency cooperation, share information and ideas, and highlight the emergency services community.

Any new thread violating this new policy will be subject to deletion by the staff.

If you started a thread concerning an off-duty incident involving a member of the emergency services and now you can't locate it, please PM a staff member to inquire about it. Do not start another thread asking about it or otherwise try to get the topic posted. False topic titles to camoflauge your actual intent are not going to go unnoticed and will not be tolerated.
