Time: 1920hrs

Location: 455 S. 2nd Ave (Victim)- 460 S. 1st Ave (Crime Scene)

Units Operating: MVPD. Empress

Description Of Incident: Male shot on 2nd Ave and ran away, collapsing on S. 1st. Empress transported victim to Mount Vernon Hospital where he was later pronounced.
