0827 HRS State Police "3K45" requests PD Aviation Unit

0910 HRS PD Aviation Units in the area, State Police "1H12", Westchester County Police "Air 2", and DEP "Air 6".

0951 HRS Police K9 Units on scene. Joggers in area reported to ground units that they observed the suspect fleeing the area bleeding from the hand.

1010 HRS K9 tracked suspect to utility right of way under the power lines but lost scent.

1020 HRS Blood found in abandoned house on "Stokes Property" (County land), units searching building. DEP ESU advises that blood is old and not related to today's job.

1024 HRS Additional Aviation Unit, State Police "1H18" in the area - probably not a fourth helicopter but the rotation of aircraft for refueling.

1205 HRS Search concluded, negative results at this time.

STATE POLICE BOLO: Perp; White Male, Approx. 6 FT, in his 40's, Dark Hair, White T-Shirt, Blue Shorts, Fled the area running along the Power Lines. Subject will have bite marks on his hand as he was bitten by the victim.
