2057hrs- Yonkers staging equipment on Alexander St., peripheral streets in vicinity are closed to pedestrian/vehicle traffic. All units operating at this time.

2245hrs- WCPD Bomb Squad determined package does not contain explosives, but does contain an unknown liquid. Hudson Line being re-opened. ESU to conduct Haz Mat testing. FD setting up decon.

0120hrs- Empress transporting (1) firefighter for heat to St. John's.

0300hrs- Package secured and being transported from scene.
