Description Of Incident: Working fire on a 3 story attached deck extended into the structure. E3 was special called due to initial reports. Heavy smoke and fire on arrival on the C side of the building adjacent to Haviland Street parking lot. T1 served at RIT and E1 was relocated to HQ to cover districts 1, 2 & 5.
