LOL My boyfriend thinks the same way because he was in the Army and when he found out he was like yelling in the bedroom and I had no idea why and they he like came running out yelling that they caught him....it was funny, but it just proves that you cant mess with the U.S. (sorry about the rhyme) and its funny how when things got rough he dug himself a hole. And whats this about him wanting to negotiate, theres nothing to negotiate.
