nah, he's still young and dumb(er). at 12 y/o there's still a chance (although slight) to manipulate his thinking habits. give him rehab, he doesn't need to be bubba's new girlfriend. if this were violent crimes, i might have different feelings.

He's not that young. Coming out of grammar school most of the mutants are as skilled as any 20 year old. I might agree to keep it in Juvenile court depending on what his criminal record and home situation tell. Obviously he must have a good support network as he keeps getting caught and going right back to the drawing board. As for it not being a violent crime-thats just a matter of time. Having your car broken or home into or car stolen leaves a long lasting nasty feeling in your life..thats for sure.
