Location: Winfred Ave X Kimball Ave

Units Operating: YPD 2nd PCT, ESU; YFD

Description Of Incident: Caller found a briefcase in front of the house. Neighbor opened the case and stated there was dynamite in it.

1600hrs- ESU enroute, ESU supervisor notified. FD advised to stage on Kimball Ave.
