Loose fuel tank cap caused leak that forced flight to return to Westchester airport

A fuel leak caused an American Eagle flight to return to Westchester County airport this morning

Airport Manager Peter Scherrer said control tower personnel saw fuel leaking from a wing tank when the plane took off just after 8 a.m. for Chicago.
