Sixth human foot found in Canada

Another human foot encased in a running shoe has been found on the shores of British Columbia in Canada, the second this week and the sixth within a year.

Like four of the others it was a right foot, a police official said.

The foot was found near Campbell River on Vancouver Island and appeared to have been severed, a witness said.

Police, who are not speculating on this, are trying to determine the origins of the feet and whether they are any links between the discoveries.

Sounds odd, but strikingly similiar circumstances make it worthwhile to investigate. Either some med school students doing gross anatomy are getting bored...or their are a few bodies out there somewhere with no foot.

Then again I once heard a good comment during a lecture I was in... sometimes "evidence" just really isn't evidence.

Wonder if anyone has been reported missing in the area in the past few weeks.

Seems to be a lot of killers preying on joggers, probably because they are alone and its easy to get close to them without being noticed with all the joggers wearing MP3 players or CD players.

Hope this is just a weird sick joke, but my vote was serial killer unfortunately. Another psyco with bad parents and a bad childhood screaming for attention.

In one report on this it was said one theory is these are the feet of the victims of a plane crash off the coast where these parts are washing up. It'll be interesting when they finally figure it out, though.
