Looking For Ideas To Revive The Points Program...

I'm looking to bankrupt the EMTBravo.net Points Program ( http://www.emtbravo.net/index.php?autocom=points )

Here's what I want to do with the Points Program:

1. Reward members for posting with "points". A more reasonable points award system, and not let members get a ridiculous amount of useless points.

2. Let members use the points towards something. Ideally, this would be NO-cost to the site, little effort, or sponsor-driven.

My neglect of the program has left the points system completly out of control and useless. It is a fun tool for active members. I wanted to, when I started the program, collect points, turn them into cash, and donate to a "Charity Of The Month". However, I need every dollar I can get to keep this site running, so I can't afford that.

So, please, let the ideas roll so we can begin (re)development of the Points System....
