Rise in brush fires again

With the hotter weather coming back in the picture, even with the thunderstorms we've had over the past couple weeks, it sound like there's another increase of brush fires. None of them sound big, but it sounds like they're starting to pop up. Is the state going to issue any warnings or bans to reduce the risk/chance of brush fires now that the weather is getting hotter?
