Description Of Incident: Heavy fire through the front show windows on arrival of a 2.5 story wood frame mixed occupancy (mercantile/residential). Initial companies stretched, incoming companies performed search, ventilation and checks for fire in voids. 2 firefighters reported non-serious sprains and strains, 1 dog was trasported by Norwalk Animal Control Officer to emergency vet for smoke inhalation. Westport and New Canaan provided station coverage.
