Location: Hudson River off Refined Sugars

Units Operating: YPD ESU Marine #1; Weschecter County Marine #4; YFD Fireboat

Description Of Incident: YPD Marine #1 flagged down while operating at the city pier for a possible boat fire. Small boat with (4) occupants disabled with smoke from the engine compartment. Occupants removed by PD and boat towed into the City Pier.
