I would say Orange County, it is about 10 min. southwest of Middletown, did a little Aol search and got this, http://www.slatehillfd.com/ Hope this helps.

Pleasantville has always been a tough parade to shoot. The time and tree lined streets make lighting difficult, and rain has dampened some years.

However, it's always an enjoyable parade.
