Description: 1 vehicle rollover down approx 4-5 foot embankment into gully with entrapment. Difficult removal due to the position of the car in the gully and the position of the vehicle operator in the car. Finally removed through use of multiple extrication techniques and varying equipment including Airbags and Jaws of Life

20:20 Call received as 1 vehicle 11-50 (MVA w/ injuries) possible entrapment

20:40 Engine 711 on scene, AUFD Ladder 2, ETS and AUPD on scene

21:00 Engine 711 pulled 1 3/4" pre-connect to area of vehicle due to leaking fluids of unknown type

21:15 Operator removed from vehicle, declared 10-89 (deceased)
