It's an EXCELLENT training magazine, published quarterly by FDNY. It's their official training publication, and each issues is packed with some of the best training articles I've ever read. The articles are written by some of the best and most experienced minds in FDNY, and although aimed toward the NYC firefighter, most of the information is applicable everywhere.
