White Plains Air-Raid Siren

last thursday about 1:45PM I was in White Plains near the corner of Church and Barker, when I heard an air-raid siren go off 4x's consecutve (as it would for a volunteer FD). I just wondering what this siren is for. Anyone know?

Can't be sure but I think it could be the North White Plains siren...
