Kevin Harvick and “NASCAR Angles” Team up to Help Firefighter’s Family

1 post in this topic

Kevin Harvick, driver of the No. 29 Shell-Pennzoil Chevrolet, spent an afternoon before the NASCAR All-Star race to show his support for a family in grief. On March 7, 2008, Salisbury firefighter Victor Isler, a longtime Kevin Harvick fan, lost his life fighting a fire at a Salisbury Millwork in Salisbury, N.C. In a tribute to the fallen firefighter, Harvick teamed up with "NASCAR Angels," a reality-based TV show, to present a restored 1979 Corvette to Isler's 15-year-old son, Vic Isler Jr.
