Stony Hills FINALLY Orders New Ambulance!

I know this has been a long time coming! Stony Hill (Bethel, CT's) ambulance is hurting, and is definetly long overdue for a replacement!

Stony Hill Vol. Fire Co., Stony Hill, CT

The Stony Hill Volunteer Fire Company has ordered a 2008 Life Line Highliner built on a GMC C-4500 cutaway chassis. This unit will be custom-built with specially designed compartments that will have inside/outside accessibility; dual rear switch panels; all LED emergency and scene lighting; and an in-dash GPS unit.

They went with a great company but is there a reason they are using a gmc because ford's are becoming more and more popular.
