Location: State Hwy 94 x Forrest Gate RD

Departments: Campo VFD, Cal-Fire, Viejas FD, AMR, Mercy Air, CHP, SD County Sheriff

Description: Vehicle into tree. 8 patients, 2 fatals on scene. Multiple Medavacs and ALS ambulances onscene.
