Departments: El Cajon FD, El Cajon PD, Trolley security

Description: Trolley vs Pedestrian at the El Cajon Transit Center, confirmed fatal per Battalion 3 onscene. Request ECPD and Trolley security for investigation. Trolley shut down both directions.
