1946: Batt 4 reporting 2 10-45 no codes, with fire also on 3rd floor, 2 LSO. DWH

1953: 3rd 10-45, also no code, Division 1 requesting addition CFR D Eng, Eng 7, and addition Truck, TL1. Manhattan advising many calls from occupants. Div 1 reports to have them stand fast in their apartments ATT due to heavy fire.

1955: Div 1 calling Manhattan with an Urgent, requests second alarm.

19:57: Div 1 calling Manhattan with Urgent, member called a Mayday. Fast Truck being put into Operation

1959: New Fast Truck is Ladder 3

2000: 4th 10-45 no code.

Div 1 reports Main Body appears KD, trucks still opening.

Div 1 reports 3 Maydays, all members are accounted for.

2020: Fieldcom reports 2 additional 10-45 no codes for a total of 6. Fieldcom requesting 3rd Alarm for relief purposes, Engs, 16, 65, 26, 14, L 5. Div 1 requests add Truck, L105 act TL15

2041: Car 11 reports All visable Fire extinguished in Fire Apart, Primary and Secondarys complete and NEG. Fire is PWH. Searches are being conducted in stairways throughout the building, all 6 10-45 are still no codes.

2048: Fieldcom requests 2 additional Trucks, L10 and L12.
