Drivers to receive more HELP on LoHud highways

More emergency HELP is on the way for drivers stranded on Lower Hudson Valley highways.

The state is expanding its free roadside services program, known as the Highway Emergency Local Patrol (HELP), for drivers who run out of gas, get a flat or need a battery charged.
