LMFD house siren

I was just on the Lake Mohegan site and noticed at the top of station 1 is a house siren. Does anyone know if it still functions? for all the time I've been on Rt. 6 I have never heard it.

Yes it does work and sounds everyday at 12 noon we stopped using the sirens years ago. If you are fimiliar with The Valley lanes there is a telephone pole in the corner of the parking lot with another one of our sirens ontop of it.

Another one of the old sirens is located on Locust Ave just in from Rt 202 opposite the old Toddville School
