"ROSCOE — The Roscoe-Rockland Fire Department has outgrown its leaky, cramped firehouse in northern Sullivan County and will ask voters to approve plans for a new firehouse that would cost $3.25 million.

The current fire station, built in 1929, is loaded with problems that make it unsuitable for modern equipment and emergency operations, firefighters said."
