Description Of Incident: MVA Hit and Run with serious injuries

YPD 2nd Pct PCU advises of apparent serious MVA in opposite direction of travel. U/A advising of 2 car MVA, male with head injury, 2nd auto fled, only description is a 2d Black car with damage to either passenger or driver side from "side swipe". Male trans to Westchester Medical Center, ESU 3 on board advises that vic is being intubated. ESU 4 trans a dog that was also in car to Westchester Animal Hosp at CPA/Tuckahoe Rd. State Police handling.
