Truck Co. above fire floor reporting extension

WPFD Engine 72 responding to scene

17:13 TL6 reporting fire is flaring up again on primary fire floor

Command calling for a PAR (Personnel Accountability Report)

17:20 TL6 reporting heavy smoke above the fire floor and heavy smoke from the roof

17:22 R88 requesting Oxygen for 3 victims, 1 elderly

TL6 reporting fire through the floor from 3rd floor to 4th floor

Secondary searches on 3rd floor in progress

17:25 L33 in service with call-back

B19 enroute to White Plains fire scene

17:29 TL6 reporting extension to apartment above the fire room on the number 5 floor. Some fire in the walls. Overaul beginning on 3rd floor with E72. B19 on location.

17:40 Secondary searches complete on 3rd, 4th and 5th floor. No additional victims located. Fire on 3rd floor is under control. Continuing to overhaul.
