1245hrs- All-Hands operating for a facade collapse off the side of a building. PD with a Level 1 Mobilization. Metro North train traffic to proceede at reduced speed.

1400hrs- R-3/Collapse Rescue responding.

1509hrs- Div. 3 transmitting 10-60 (Major Emergency/Collapse)-2nd Alarm for major collapse of the building.

1511hrs- Div. 3 rpts Command Post is at 124th X Park Ave (under the 'L') . Staging area is at 125th St. X Park, units to use Park or Madison. Also req. complete shut down of Metro North and Amtrak Traffic.

1525hrs- Con Ed Vacuum Truck enroute.

1527hrs- Div. 3 rpts roll call has been conducted with all members accounted for.

1532hrs- Div. 3 returning Con Ed.

1540hrs- Div. 3 rpts building is (was) a 5-story 60X100 with collapse of a 30-foot section of Exposure #2 and 25-foot section of Exposure #1 into the street.

1558hrs- Car 7 rpts (1) Tower Ladder set up for observation on Exposure #4. P/W/H.
