Hooking the horn to the turn signal is also funny, I've heard stories about blue lights being hooked up to the brake lights on some cars in my department

Years ago, we hooked one of our chief's Edge strobe bars up to his brakes. REAL easy and REAL funny!!! If I can find the video we had, I will post it.
