Description Of Incident:2 car head on in the south bound lane of TSP just south of Tyrell rd. 1 Female pt traveling north in the south bound lane hit a minni van traveling south. The van had 4 pts, driver of the van had serious injuries. No entrapment all pts were out of the vehicles on arrival. 2 pts laying in the middle of the TSP.

NYSP did a quick investigation all units cleared by 23:00.
