Never knew Wapp had a Charger. The only departments I seen with them in DC were Red Hook, and DCSO, and at one point, NYSP with theirs down here. I guess the feasibility for this is another discussion, eh??

NYS Troopers! I love these guys....appreciate everything they do. I pass very many of them on my way home at night and they are always nice and professional.

At this point - the wind was WHIPPING down the corridor, it was snowing, and my little guy was done - the slobber in his trumpet was iced over...we packed up headed to the Mall. One last toot.

Yea, I seen them in passing on my way into work. Nice low-pro lights they got. What are they, I have only caught from a distance. Inner Edge, Phantom, other brand?
