** Update #2 ** 2051hrs: West Clinton, Tivoli and Roosevelt ambulances put on standby due to multiple calls.

** Update #3 ** 2058hrs: 2nd call for West Clinton, Tivoli and Roosevelt ambulances to go on standby due to multiple calls.
