2045; Rhinebeck Command reports triage reports 5 ALS/critical patients.

2046; RB Command request Level 1 MCI plan activated

2051; DC911 puts West Clinton, Roosevelt, and Tivoli ambulances on standby.

2105; All patients extricated at this time. Total patient count is 7.

2113; RB Command reports all ambulance leaving or left scene at this time.
