Location: WillowGlen Dr/Muirfield Dr-Rancho San Diego area of San Diego County

Departments: San Miguel FD, Cal-Fire, AMR, Mercy Air

Description: 2 vehicle head-on with 2 other vehicles involved. 2 DOA 1 via Mercy Air to Trauma Center another via M255 to another Trauma Center.
