18:57 2462 on scene, reporting major fuel spill, tractor hung up on guard rail

19:06 Tanker 2 In service

19:07 81-B1 returning in service, driver uninjured, released by NYSP

19:15 2462 requests 1 Sleepy Hollow engine to standby in there own quarters, automatic response on Tarrytown alarms

19:32 2462 reports situation under control. Speedy dry has been put down. Tow on scene attempting to remove tractor trailer from guard rail. All units standing by until vehicle is removed.

19:37 2462 requests Coast Guard to be notified about fuel spill into the river

19:42 Coast Guard will be contacting 2462 direct via landline

19:56 All Tarrytown units in the process of picking up and returning
