Location: South Broadway X Caryl Ave- 'Connections Bar'

Units Operating: YPD (All PCT's); NYPD 50 PCT

Description Of Incident: Approximately (30) people involved in an altercation in the street from inside the bar. (1) Person struck by a vehicle and (1) person unconcious inside bar, possible seizure. Bar is in NYPD jurisdiction. YPD with (2) under.
