You never know how many sickos are right around you. Im all for some sort of large gaudy lawn sign as well as distinctive clothing for these people! Rape, either child or adult is worse then murder, the victim lives with it forever and everyone around them is effected by it.

Its up to your local PD. some send out mass mailings and some are "afraid" for whatever reason! They should make the sex offenders pay for the mailings everytime they move!
