I saw this story on the news tonight. The Comm Center Manager stated this guy's calls amounted to 30% of their call volume last year. 30%?? Were they thinking they might give him a gold star rather than doing something about this? At what point did they think it was excessive? I'd say after the first 100 have someone talk to this guy...
