Description Of Incident: Fire on the 2nd floor of a 100X500 commercial with refrigeration units and ammonia on site.

1746hrs- B-3 S/C Tower Ladder.

1748hrs- B-3 transmitting 2nd Alarm. Haz Mat response assigned due to chemical storage. S/C S-61 and 2nd piece.

1752hrs- Div. 6 S/C (2) Tower Ladders above 2nd Alarm.

1800hrs- Div. 6 rpts all members withdrawn from the building and going to exterior attack.

1805hrs- (2) Tower Ladders, (3) handlines in operation.

1807hrs- Div. 6 req. a building rep, rpts several small explosions in the rear of the 2nd floor.

1830hrs- Fire K/D.
